This already extended detached property in south Warrington undergone further two-storey rear extension that sought to create an open plan kitchen and dining area with adjacent utility and downstairs WC on the ground floor.

The first floor has been extended and remodelled to enlarge the current bathroom and to accommodate a master bedroom with an en-suite. The existing numerous site constraints made it a challenging puzzle to solve before it all fell into place.

The open-plan space at the rear of the property now effortlessly connects with the garden also thanks to an internal change in levels. With its light and airy feel it is now the space where the family love spending most of their time.
